Bayou La Batre Oysters
Bayou La Batre Oyster Co. started in 2015 when we built a new farm that uses cables to raise and lower bags of oysters. We began growing oysters in the nutrient rich water of Portersville Bay which consistently produces great flavor. Bayou La Batre Oyster Company is a family owned business, and we are happy to provide our customers with the best oysters in the south.
